Entry to the Museum is free for disabled people including one caregiver.

The main museum entrance is wheelchair accessible. Two wheelchairs are available for free visitor use. Motorized chairs are permitted.

The museum is spread across lower ground, ground, first and second floors. One public lift is providing access to all floors.The lift have voice announcers and Braille indicators.

There are accessible toilets on the lower ground (in the garden), ground and first floor.

Detailed free information sheets for visually impaired and Audio-guides (€ 3,50) to help your visit are available at ticketing desk. Audio-guides advance booking is greatly appreciated (tel.+39.011.4436999 or e-mail)

Static visual and touch orientation maps are available into the garden to help you find your way around the building and on panoramic tower to explain the view.

If you require a guide to assist you around the building, please book in advance by contacting the Bookings Office (tel.+ or email) Cost of guided tour: italian language 90 minuts 75€; 120 minuts 90€. Foreign language in demand. Assistance cannot be guaranteed to visitors who do not book in advance.

Stools are available along the route. For further information, please ask a staff member at the ticketing desk who will be able to assist you.
